Which services qualify?
A new client's first qualifying wedding website or custom website development project. Hosting, domains, maintenance subscriptions, 3D printing and third-party costs are excluded at launch. The accepted quote identifies the eligible service fees.
Does my code give a discount?
No. It identifies you as the referrer. Discounts only apply if DuarteDev separately confirms a promotion.
When is commission earned?
An enquiry is not a sale. You earn 10% on eligible fees after full payment and a 14-day hold. Refunds reduce commission, including after a payout. Legitimately earned balances are not forfeited just because an account closes.
What if a follower contacts you on WhatsApp?
Ask them to mention your code before accepting a quote. DuarteDev can record the enquiry and code manually. One project is attributed to one partner; existing clients and self-referrals do not qualify.
How are payments handled?
Clients pay DuarteDev directly by EFT, PayToCell or eWallet. Payment is confirmed against actual receipt. Partner payouts are recorded separately, in Namibia dollars, with a reference and statement. Never share a wallet PIN or one-time code.
What must I disclose?
Use a clear #Ad disclosure and the platform's paid partnership tools where required. Explain that you receive commission for qualifying bookings through your link or code. See the promotion rules for an example.
