Disclose your commission clearly

Every promotional post, story or video must make the commercial relationship clear. Place #Ad or an equally clear advertising disclosure where the audience sees it without expanding a hidden caption. Use the platform's paid partnership/commercial content tools when required. In videos, include a visible disclosure and say it aloud where appropriate. A profile bio disclosure alone is not enough for a particular promotion.

Example disclosure: “#Ad — I’m a DuarteDev referral partner. I earn commission when you book a qualifying website project using my code.”

Be accurate

Use current, approved service and price information. Do not promise a delivery date, discount, refund policy or feature that DuarteDev has not confirmed. Do not invent testimonials or claim personal experience you do not have. Earnings examples are illustrations, never guaranteed income. Share the eligibility restriction prominently when inviting people to join: Namibia residents only.

Respect people and their content

No spam, bought contact lists, unsolicited bulk messages, impersonation, fake enquiries, self-referrals, hidden tracking, deceptive clicks or cookie stuffing. Do not pressure followers to buy. Link them to DuarteDev rather than collecting their personal project information. Use only original or properly licensed images, music and footage. Crediting someone is not a substitute for permission. Client wedding photos, especially images of children, require appropriate permission before reuse.

Stay within your authority

Only DuarteDev provides quotes, accepts project contracts and receives client payments. You cannot accept money on its behalf, create official-looking accounts or buy ads using its name without written permission. Use approved branding accurately. Advertising on additional platforms or in additional countries may bring further obligations; request approval before starting such campaigns.

Monitoring and corrections

Keep links to your promotional posts and make them available on request. Correct misleading or undisclosed content promptly. DuarteDev may suspend new referrals while reviewing a substantiated issue, without automatically forfeiting legitimate existing earnings. Platform policies also apply and can change.
