1. Who operates the programme

This programme is operated by the individual operator of DuarteDev (legal details to be completed before launch), an individual business operator in Namibia. DuarteDev is not presented as an incorporated company or close corporation. Contact: info@duartedev.com. Address for notices: to be completed before launch.

2. Who may join

Participation is free and limited to people aged 18 or older who currently reside in Namibia. South Africa and every other country are excluded at launch. Applicants must provide accurate information, verify their email, accept these terms and receive approval. We may request proportionate evidence of residence or identity where necessary. Tell us if your residence, tax residence or contact details change. A country-expansion request does not grant membership.

3. Your role

You independently introduce prospective clients to DuarteDev. You cannot sign agreements, make guarantees, set prices, grant discounts, collect client payments or otherwise bind DuarteDev. No employment, exclusive appointment or guaranteed income is offered. You choose when to promote, subject to the promotion rules. You are paid for qualifying service sales, never for recruiting partners. Legal classification depends on how the relationship actually operates.

4. Referral attribution

A qualifying referral is a genuinely new client who identifies your active code before accepting a quote, then purchases their first qualifying website project. Existing clients, self-referrals, fabricated enquiries and repeated projects by the same client do not qualify. One project can belong to only one partner. A code entered or confirmed by the client at enquiry takes priority over a saved referral link. With permission, a referral link can be remembered on that browser for 30 days; a later link replaces it. Without storage permission, the code can still be entered manually or used from the current link. Tracking may not carry between devices or after browser storage is cleared.

Ask clients contacting us by WhatsApp or email to mention your code before accepting a quote. We can record that attribution manually. Contact us promptly about missing referrals; we will review available evidence fairly. A code provides attribution only, not a discount.

5. Eligible services and calculation

The launch programme covers a new client's first wedding website or custom website development project. Hosting, domains, maintenance subscriptions, 3D printing, third-party purchases and other services are excluded. Eligible service fees are identified in the accepted quote and recorded against the project.

Commission is 10% of eligible service fees actually received after discounts, excluding any VAT charged, refunds and excluded costs. Amounts are calculated in Namibia dollars and rounded to the nearest cent. For example, N$3,000 in eligible fees earns N$300. This example is not an earnings promise.

6. Approval and payout

Commission stays conditional until the full eligible fee has been received and a 14-calendar-day verification hold has passed. Client deposits alone do not make it payable. Receipt is confirmed against actual EFT, PayToCell or eWallet funds, not merely a payment screenshot. The hold is a programme rule, not a statement about statutory refund rights.

Approved positive balances at month-end are normally paid by the 15th of the next month after recipient details are verified. There is no minimum payout threshold. Payments are in Namibia dollars through an agreed local method. DuarteDev covers its ordinary outgoing transfer fee; any charge your own provider imposes is your responsibility. We will explain material verification or dispute delays. Never send wallet redemption codes, PINs or one-time passwords.

7. Refunds and corrections

Refunds and reversals reduce the related commission proportionately. If commission was already paid, the adjustment may be offset against future earnings or resolved with you directly. We do not debit your bank or wallet automatically. Changes are recorded and explained. Genuine mistakes can be disputed; we will review evidence before seeking recovery. Duplicate or fraudulent transactions do not generate commission.

8. Tax

Commission is business income and may carry tax obligations. You remain responsible for your own registrations, declarations and taxes. DuarteDev remains responsible for any obligations the law places on it. We retain payout records and provide commission statements. A statement is not automatically a VAT tax invoice. If you are VAT-registered, or have tax residence outside Namibia, tell us before payout so the correct treatment and documentation can be agreed. Any legally required deduction must be identified and documented; 10% commission is not a tax rate.

9. Promotion, content and privacy

The promotion rules form part of these terms. Use only approved brand assets and content you have permission to use. This agreement gives neither side unlimited ownership of the other's content. Obtain separate permission for reusing influencer posts, client photographs, testimonials or paid advertising. Do not send us followers' private details without their permission; direct them to the enquiry form. The privacy notice explains our handling of information.

10. Closing, suspension and changes

You can close your account from the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend new referrals while reasonably investigating misuse, eligibility or security issues, and explain the reason where lawful. We can end participation for material breaches or discontinue the programme with reasonable notice. Valid accrued commission remains subject to the agreed payment/refund rules and is not automatically forfeited on closure.

Material changes will be communicated before applying to future referrals. We will not retroactively reduce commission on already accepted qualifying projects. Material new terms require fresh acceptance before continued participation.

11. Questions and disputes

Email info@duartedev.com with your code, enquiry reference and explanation. We aim to acknowledge within five working days and resolve or update you within 15 working days. Namibian law governs the agreement, subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies which the law does not permit us to exclude.
